I eat at this Subway at least once a week, but lately, the staff seems way less friendly—not even a smile. Not sure if they're just overworked or if it's because they're the only game in town.

They never make the sandwiches correctly, when ordering online...for the extra charge I should at least get the topping I ordered/paid for...this is the 3rd time.
