  Great service at the local store in Juneau if you're shipping. Unfortunately, if you have an issue with a late delivery and need to file a claim, be prepared for a frustrating process. I was directed to call or file online, and the online customer service experience was lacking and involved a lot of waiting and still no resolution as their website for claims is down. For a delivery that was very expensive and they recommended next day delivery which was delayed,, I was disappointed that the store couldn’t assist with the claim and instead directed me to phone/online customer service

  Shipping logistics are never easy in Juneau, but I have always had a great experience with this FedEx. If Mary is in, then I know my package will make it where it needs to go and the process will run smoothly.
