  They dropped a package off at my house that is not mine, and the address is not even close to here. Their contact system is a robot and refuses to patch me through to a human to report it. No local phone number with actual people who understand that not every response is binary.

  Overnight package has taken 5 days to recieve. Horrible customer service. Recieved a package from fedex on a friday but not both packages because the driver forgot the other. Fedex says theres nothing they can do and I will recieve my package monday. Worst shipping company, from the shipping to the customer service. There customer service is located in South America, not much help with dealing with locations in the US. Do not recommend fedex.
