  Customer service was terrible. Went in for a pick up order and got it 20 min after i was supposed to have it already. Worker just stared at me when it was completed and said nothing.

  They are not open at 6AM, hours of operation is misleading. Don't even try to order until 8AM.

  DON'T ORDER FROM HERE UNLESS YOU HAVE DOD CLEARANCE TO ENTER THE BASE. We lost our lunch. We tried to cancel the order, but no one ever answered the phone after 20 tried. We would have donated the sandwiches to an active duty person, but reach the restaurant.

  I try to give this Subway the benefit of the doubt because it's clearly just teenagers working there by themselves, but they are literally always screwed up. I came in once right after they opened and they told me they couldn't make my order because all the food was still frozen from the night before. I've placed an order ahead before just to show up and have it not be ready, then after they hurry up to fill the order I get home and realize they got the whole order wrong. Then today I go in to order and they are completely out of bread lol. It's truly comical at this point because how is it that 2/3 times I've been to this sandwich shop, they can't make a sandwich?? Lol The kids who work there are always friendly but it seems like they have no management at all.
