Hey US government, this is why the USPS sucks. Paying CUSTOMERS go in, we receive the DMV experience, and then we receive a subpar service. The American taxpayer deserves better.

We had to ship a 5000 dollar computer from Alaska to the lower 48 and were very worried about it arriving damaged. The lady at the front desk was very helpful and told us they had a guy who would pack it for us who had done this kind of thing before. When we received our computer it was packed extremely well by him and was in tip-top condition. Thank you to everyone at the UPS store!
