  Went to the subway today and arrived at 10:58am. I went through the first set of doors knowing they didn’t open until 11am and was going to wait at the door until they opened at 11am. The lady working was by the door and yelled, “we’re not open yet.” I never pulled on the door knowing they didn’t open until 11am. At 11:02am, the employee was going in and out of the back putting things out while an older couple comes in behind me asking if they were open. At 11:04am the employee opened the door for myself and the other customers and yelled, “I still have things to prep so it will be awhile.” Myself and the other customers said nothing. While the employee was continuing to bring things out, the music was very loud and she was banging things as she was putting things out. She then again stated at 11:06am that it was going to be awhile. Again, myself and the other customers said nothing. At 11:08am we were asked what we wanted for subs. As I was stating what I wanted on the subs, she kept saying, “what else” after each item listed. The employee was aggressive and rude. She did not have a name tag on. She had black hair that looked to be short and half buzzed on the bottom, glasses, and tattoos on her neck and arms. I wish she could’ve been nice regardless of how her day was going.

  Always a great experience! (might be my happy, cheerful attitude) Great food, good price. Store is always clean and bright
