    I recently shipped an item through UPS and the expected delivery date was October 3rd. I checked the tracking number and it pulled up as USPS and the item hadn’t even left city yet. If I wanted to ship something via the USPS, I would have. Why would I pay extra money to ship something through UPS, if it’s just going to be shipped through USPS?

    Not sure why they said I have a package waiting for me when I call but when I arrive there's nothing there.
