  I want to give a "shout Out" to the 2 young men at the UPS Store in Eagle River, AK, their employees were so helpful scanning, printing, and cutting our Easter flyers & invites for The Sanctuary of Eagle River Church! I am not techy and thay helped me overcome my challenges on this project. THANK YOU!

  Please keep more staff on shift. Today was a deadline for Amazon returns. You only had one staff scheduled after 3:00 PM

  Wow..I had a package shipped to the UPS store so that the contents did not freeze. I was notified that it was ready for pick up but when I arrived there was a line nearly out the door with one person assisting customers. There was another employee in the back but did not seem interested in assisting any customers in the store. I believe the young lady helping the customer was doing her best but seemed overwhelmed. Will definitely try to avoid this location in the future. Still did not get my package.

  UPS quoted me a price to ship to the Kenai. It was half of what the post office charged. So we told the person what it was going to cost to purchase our artwork plus the shipping and they agreed and sent us the money. When we went back to ship it UPS said they don’t ship to Kenai and we had to mail through USPS. We had to cover half the shipping that we would not have done if they had been truthful up front. When I complained about it their customer service was terrible.
