  I have gotten food delivered from here many times and done pick ups during COVID. Food is always good and dependable, save the fries being a little old and soggy at times...but tonight, I tried placing a pick up order 7 (SEVEN) times and it kept denying the order. The orders were correct, I was donating to the St Judes option round up. All my information was correct. Only thing is I didn't include a tip any of those 7 times. Anytime I dine in and have a waiter/ess/server, or delivery I always tip generously. The fact that I looked at my buddy and said "I bet if I tip, it'll to through." And that's exactly what happened. Immediately. No retry, no wait. Immediately it went through. Only difference was a tip or no tip. I'm all for rewarding quality service, but if I'm picking up the order or dine in and there's no service for it, please tell me why I should tip? 100% am going to call and make a complaint Monday with whatever the next level in the company is. That is glaringly immoral and deplorable business ethics. 10/10 will not be coming back to any Wingstop unless there is a guaranteed proof that that unethical business practice is done for. Maybe I'm the only one that thinks this way...but I bet I'm not.

  My order was wrong and I brought it back and returned it. I wanted my money back and that man with the finger nail polish said he will have to refund my money from the computer because I ordered in online. He never gave me a receipt or anything, told me it would come in 3-5 business days. Nothing happened. Called back and the other employee said we can’t print out a receipt either. It’s been almost 2 weeks and I still don’t have my money back.

  I ordered from them threw doordash and called to ask if they would be willing to give me some blue cheese dip(cuz I couldn't afford it)not only did they give me the dip, I have at least 1 extra wings in each container! Definitely the best customer service I've ever had from a Wingstop. 5 stars all day!
