    Saturday, March 28th this store was scheduled to open at 9 am. It was not open when I left at 9:16.

    I mailed VERY important documents just to never see them again! I went to the location and they told me that it left the facility and they have a new person that picked up and they didn’t scan it. Then they told me to call the 800 number and they can’t help me any further. Worst service I’ve ever experienced. I should have used FedEx. This cost me over $600 to order new documents along with endless hours on the phone.
