    I tried to send a package. The address was presented on the screen of my phone. Somehow, they misread an address I showed clearly on my phone and sent it to the wrong address!???? I spoke calmly to the manager and they won't make any effort to make it right and now I have to send it again....and pay more for something they're refusing to make right!!! Don't even bother with this store!!!! A real manager would make an effort to make sure the customers are taking care of and not use the excuse of corporate policies in front of customer service!!!!!
