WEBSITE DOUBLE CHARGED MY CARD.
The store, seeing two identical orders, didn't call me to verify or give me a chance to cancel one... they just made 2 sandwiches so now my lunch is 30 bucks... this I why I stopped tipping.. they screw the customer then ask for a handout. Im done with subway.
I left this location approximately 10 minutes ago after observing multiple unsafe food-handling practices. Staff working in the food preparation area were touching their faces, handling cash, and then immediately returning to food preparation without washing their hands.
In addition, one employee opened the cooler using a visibly dirty black door handle and then resumed handling food toppings without performing any handwashing and glove changes. These actions present a significant risk of cross-contamination and raise serious concerns regarding basic sanitation and food safety protocols.
I left without completing my order.
That food was pretty good although I asked the staff if I can get some fresh spinach and they refused the customer service here can use some work.
Skimped on the meat very slim sandwich

This location by far is the best. I order from the app a lot and I appreciate the staff paying attention to the detail request especially like the avocado you pay for. Thank you team Northway!
