Atmosphere : Depressing & Unwelcoming. How am I a Customer saying "hello" when entering and not one of them said anything. Atmosphere and Service = Rude
Service : Esperanda & Crystal. Now let's first talk about how unsanitary Esperanda was, I ordered 3 sandwiches. Throughout the WHOLE TIME she was making our sandwiches, WITH THE SAME GLOVES she touched the register, the counter, her hat, her face, the printer and touched the food with the same gloves. When I asked her to change her gloves, she sighed with an attitude. And yet proceeded to still touch her hat that was dirty and looks sweaty and touch the food. Let's also talk about the fact that I asked to change my bread because the wheat was hard, she caught an attitude and sighed. Another thing, her portion control is CRAZY. Portion Control is crazy and can't imagine the inventory count. Basically rushed to make my sandwich because i could just tell she didn't want customers that day and that our presence was a burden to her. Crystal on the other hand, also didn't look like she want us there. These two ladies, both looked like they didn't want to be there because they didn't smile or nothing. Even when I tried to small talk to brighten the mood, I was immediately shut down with a stare 😂😒
Food : food was made with such carelessness and attitude. Tuna was dry, too much veggies even when I asked her to put some back, she either didn't hear or didn't care. Couldn't even get the toppings I wanted because the more I was there, the more I was getting aggravated.
Distract Manager Ruth, I hope this place do better because my own little sister had issues with ordering at his place.
Anyways, I learned my lesson trying to give this place a second chance. Next time, I'll go the distance to order for the Subway in Walmart on Debarr I miss the welcoming atmosphere ✌🏻
