  I needed a large poster size photo of my Dad for his memorial service. I tried to use the online and it was very difficult to use so I came into the store after 3:00pm and one of the employees, I think their name was Leslie helped me very quickly. I’d say they were able to get me set up in less than three minutes and my order was placed. They asked me how quickly I needed it and I said I needed it by tomorrow. They told me that it would be ready tomorrow at 4 PM. I arrived a little before 4 PM the next day and it was ready and it looked wonderful. I am so appreciative FedEx was able to do this next day for me and the staff was wonderful. The quality of the product far exceeded my expectations. I do want to also note that I spoke to Molly on the phone when I was trying to get help with the website and I told her I just rather come in. She told me to email my photos to FedEx and I’d get a confirmation number and I could use that confirmation number to speed along my order when I came to the office. All around it was a fantastic experience, and I really appreciate the service that your company provides.

  I consistently get great customer service and that’s hard to find in Alaska. The pricing is surprisingly reasonable, and they’ve somehow mastered the art of being both efficient and genuinely helpful. Beyond printing, binding, packaging, and photocopying, they also have a really cool little gift and book selection. Oddly enough, I’ve picked up a couple books there over the years and their selection is actually solid. Mostly mental health, physical wellness, professional development, and brain-training type material… thankfully nothing political. Recently grabbed a book called Brain Games: Spot the Difference and Loren absolutely loves it. If you need reports bound, plans printed, shipping handled, or just want a stress-free errand, this place is worth stopping by.

  Amazing food, great service and best pizza an Seward. We had the philo halibut amazing sldish and my companion had the pesto seafood dish. They were recommended by our server who was excellent in assisting us.
