  Very very very bad experience representative was very argumentative not helpful. Just because i declined to create a business account the customer service change the mood and approach . Better USPS other courier company never again to DHL

  Was home all day, tracked the package on the map. Open window so I can hear when the delivery person gets here and then 2 minutes later it says delivery attempted sorry we missed you. Not a single knock on the door. Train your drivers to actually do their job, why do you have a million reviews complaining about the same thing and not doing anything about it

  DHL is absolutely garbage!!!! Do not use them under ANY circumstance if you can avoid it. Been waiting a month for a package, finally they texted it was on the truck being delivered today! I actually had a map to track the truck. Asked my wife to stay home to accept it. Then, hours later get a text that they can't deliver because of inclement weather. Went to their office before they closed (4 PM) to pick up the package, it was still on the truck! I told them I would pick it up the next day. Their driver is a liar!!!! My wife is driving around the neighborhood in a low to the ground Audi A4 no problem. On my way back from their office I passed 2 Amazon vans on my street, one right next to my house. Their driver is a liar or they gave him a Toyota tercel to deliver packages with. So lame. It's Alaska, the road was fine!!! BS!!!
