  Very very very bad experience representative was very argumentative not helpful. Just because i declined to create a business account the customer service change the mood and approach . Better USPS other courier company never again to DHL

  Was home all day, tracked the package on the map. Open window so I can hear when the delivery person gets here and then 2 minutes later it says delivery attempted sorry we missed you. Not a single knock on the door. Train your drivers to actually do their job, why do you have a million reviews complaining about the same thing and not doing anything about it

  Truly disappointed with DHL. I always use to trust and was always satisfied with their services but now I Was suppose to recieve my package before Christmas but ended up being misdelivered with a forged signature. Now I cant even get even a little information of where it could have been mis delivered. Couldn't get with a supervisor or anything. Was even given a manager email that didnt even work or exist. Im truly disappointed and im at a lost as my package was expensive and tariff fee on top!

  I experienced road rage from one of your male drivers this morning near Eagle River. We were both in the left lane traveling outbound Glen Hwy, I approached him from behind keeping approximately 2-3 car lengths between us. He suddenly swerved over all 3 lanes kicking up rocks and dirt and chipped my windshield. When I passed him by I could see he was black and wearing sunglasses. He then just as suddenly swerved back over all 3 lanes and got behind me so close as to nearly bump my rear fender. I immediately pulled over to the far right lane and kept away. He exited a few minutes later at Eagle River Loop Road. I reported this to.Anchorage Police Department and called DHL. 5 1/2 hours later I still haven’t received a call back from your company. I want to claim windshield damages and be compensated for at least that. There is no price for the fear I felt. I also want to say you have one unstable driver representing you. How stupid to drive with that much rage and in your company car! One of us was smart enough to not engage when it could have been so easy to do by getting mad over the windshield and intimidation by braking, causing an accident or worse. This guy is crazy and will cost you more. You can reward that behavior with letting him go immediately!
