  Kalila and Antonio at the Boniface Cricket Wireless location provided outstanding customer service. When I came in the other day with a SIM card issue, they quickly identified the problem and resolved it with ease. Because of their knowledge and attention to detail, the entire process was fast, smooth, and completely stress-free. They also took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and professionalism, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend the Boniface Cricket Wireless store to anyone looking for knowledgeable staff and exceptional service. They truly go above and beyond, and I left feeling impressed and grateful for their help!

  i think Kalila was her name at the northern lights location, was so rude not only to the customer she was helping but also the trainee. The trainee was just asking questions and was super nice but Kalila told her that if the trainee didn’t like how she was teaching her they would have to find a new job and the trainee said absolutely nothing to her to get that response. She also doesn’t look sober. very poor customer service

  I went in to their Northern lights location and asked a female employee to show me how to switch my fb marketplace to Hawaii and not Alaska she had no clue. it took her 10 to 15 mins to figure it out. But on a good note did was in the store a few weeks ago and a employee with a beard did it so quickly switching it from Hawaii to Alaska. So of their employees are great and know their job...and there are other that I feel are there for the pay check.
