  I visited this boutique yesterday. The store was almost empty, but the staff seemed more interested in their own activities than in customers. One employee was talking on the phone when I entered and did not greet me. I greeted the staff first, asked a question about the second floor, and received only a minimal response. No one offered assistance or showed any interest in helping. This was one of the most disappointing luxury retail experiences I have had and did not reflect the standards I expect from Max Mara.
