  Avoid this store at all costs. I purchased a pair of sunglasses during my layover (march20th 2026) on my way to Portugal and the sunglasses were a little loose so on the way back, I had a layover at the Istanbul airport so I went back on march 25th 2026. It was just past midnight so I didn’t know if the store was open but this store was open with two employees. These were not the employees that I had bought from. I told the employee that I had bought my glasses from this store a couple days ago and i just asked if he can adjust them so that it is tighter on my head. He went back with the glasses and did some adjustments I’m assuming and then brought them back they seemed the same so i asked for a little more adjustment around the legs and he went back and I distinctly heard a crack. I didn’t want to assume anything so when he came back I tried them on again but he was very rude and said he cannot do it anymore. I didn’t understand why and I asked if I can go to another celine store. He said he cannot do it at the store. And almost shooed me out of the store. Very abrupt and rude which was uncalled for because all I asked was for it to be adjusted. I put it in my handbag and didn’t think anything of it. But then I came back and realized he snapped the leg of my sunglasses!! The newly purchased sunglasses!! That’s why he shooed me away from the store. I cannot believe it because this is the first time I purchased a brand name sunglass and he ruined it. I really tried not to judge but I should have looked when I heard that snap. I’m heartbroken and I cannot begin to express how angry and upset I am about this.

  I should see the review in advance, same experience that staff showed me price in Euro but charged me in TL from credit card and I was charged extra 100 Euros. I know I should double check. Learn that human being can’t be trusted even you thought ppl are kind in Turkey. Not a good ending for my trip in Turkey. I have sent complain email to airport customer service and will wait and see their response.

  This is a very sweet boutique in the heart of the Istanbul airport. We found the staff to be helpful and answered our endless questions. The selection is sparse compared to other stores.

  Kindest lady staff! Kazahstan lady was very helpful and trustable! I bought a gift due to her perfect assistance! She deserve to be praised!!! On the receipt was written Ulmeken but i’m not sure she is..anyway, if you have to buy something of Celine! You should have go there to ask to her to suggest you something! Small lady looks like asian staff~ she will find you a solution! Appreciate to her!
