Unfortunately, the customer experience here was very disappointing. From the moment I entered the store, I felt extremely uncomfortable because one of the female staff members was watching me very closely the entire time and standing near me while I was simply looking around.
I understand attentiveness, especially in luxury stores, but the way it was done felt very uncomfortable and unwelcoming rather than professional. Instead of enjoying the shopping experience, I just wanted to leave as quickly as possible.
The selection itself was nice, but the overall atmosphere and attitude made the experience unpleasant for me.
