  Ms. Katarzyna, who assisted me, demonstrated the highest level of professionalism and exceptional sales expertise. She made me and my friends feel genuinely well taken care of throughout our visit. She was incredibly patient, kind, and attentive. I had the opportunity to see every handbag I was interested in, and I learned so many fascinating details about the brand, its craftsmanship, production process, and history. It was truly an unforgettable experience. I can’t wait to return to Monaco and visit Dior again. 🩷

  What a gracious experience I had recently at the Monaco Dior boutique. My sales associate, Lachezar, was friendly, welcoming, gracious, and extremely helpful. I love my gorgeous new shoes and look forward to enjoying them for many years to come.

  My wife and I had the pleasure of meeting Oussama at the Dior boutique in Monaco yesterday. My wife had a problem with some sunglasses that had been bought over 3 years ago but had broken. They were very special to her due to a personal situation at the time of purchase. They were broken and in need of repair. Dior at first, couldn't help due to the age of the sunglasses but the gentleman we were fortunate to meet at Dior had other thoughts. He searched for spare parts as he had a vague recollection of seeing some in store a while ago. The sunglasses were obsolete so not replaceable and due to their age, not repairable at the repair centre in Paris. Oussama, after some searching, found the parts in store and offered to repair the sunglasses. My wife and I returned to the store in approximately an hour and the glasses were repaired as good as new. No charge, goodwill from Oussama and Dior! Exemplary service, friendly, personal, knowledgable, professional and helpful, for which we are most grateful. We will be returning to Dior in Monaco in the future to shop there without hesitation. A potentially upsetting experience was turned round with genuine care, thank you Oussama and the Dior team in Monaco. we will definitely be seeing you again. You make a great ambassador for the brand Oussama.

  I had an exceptional experience AGAIN with the Dior boutique in Monte Carlo. The entire process was handled remotely, yet everything was executed with impeccable professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail. Despite not visiting this time the store in person, the service felt highly personal and seamless. Communication was prompt, clear, and perfectly organized, making the entire experience effortless and truly luxurious once again. A very special thank you to Katarzyna (!!!!!) who made all the difference. Her knowledge is outstanding, her approach is refined and intuitive, and her aura is simply unique. She understands every time , exactly what I am looking for and guides me flawlessly, even from a distance. Thanks to her, I have become a loyal client of this Dior boutique and will continue to choose this specific location for my purchases, whether remotely or in person. I highly recommend this boutique for its exceptional level of service and truly elevated client experience.
