It was ok, had some Korean chicken and mango habernaro, the chicken was coated well, but like any other chicken shop in Swansea, there was nothing that got my attention, very average, with a high price. What I would say is the ranch sauce is nice, and the star of the show.. The fries were better than everything else, they were very good. Would i eat from there again? Like the rest of these chicken shops, it was meh, not even if I didn't pay for it.

Came to eat with family whilst shopping in Swansea (first experience of wing stop). The food was absolutely gorgeous and our server Ellie J. was very helpful and polite and ensured there were no allergies amongst us. Will definitely return 🙂
I just want to say how incredible the lady working here is! Her name was Tegan and she was so attentive and made sure my family and I were looked after from start to finish. Her energy and level of care really stood out and made the whole experience even better. She’s a huge asset to the company, and I have no doubt she’ll go far in whatever she does.

As a regular customer, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent delivery order. When placing my order over the phone, I requested to omit cinnamon from the churros and asked for extra seasoning on the fries. I was told that these modifications were not possible and that the kitchen does not customize orders, even after I offered to pay for the extras.
During the call, I felt the staff member was dismissive of my requests. When I attempted to discuss this further, the staff member ended the conversation by claiming I was 'shouting'—which was certainly not the case. It was discouraging to have a simple inquiry treated this way. Given that I have noticed inconsistent portion sizes on previous orders, I was hoping for a higher standard of service and accommodation. I hope management can address these communication and operational issues to improve the experience for regular customers. A simple gesture could go a long way to retain customers; unfortunately, you have lost this customer.
