  I ordered a Korean BBQ burger, bonesless wings and fries for takeaway - the atmosphere was nice and the food was great! Keiran, who took my order, was especially helpful when I released I had confused an item on my order. Would definitely go again and would recommend!

  Place was very busy and FOH seemed short staffed, one man managing orders for the whole place and one person taking orders which resulted in a long wait. Music played throughout but due to short staffing lots of tables had trays and food piling up on them. Orders are relatively complicated due to so many different options, offering self service kiosks could definitely streamline the ordering process. Food was tasty and staff were pleasant!

  Tried here for the first time. Mmmmm????. menu is basic at best, not ideal if you are eating by yourself, maybe better if there is a few of you, you could share a few things. First off the music is too loud, found myself shouting at the counter to order food, then collecting food, how do you know when to collect, no number display. Food took 11 mins not bad. However chips were cold, bun was cold. To be honest don’t know what the big deal is???? Won’t be back, plenty of other places round the centre.

  Cleanliness and service are ok, but I got sick from the food, for me this chain simply does not exist anymore.
