  A big thank you to Mike at the Ralph Lauren Cannock store today, for his patience with my sister and I. We had a fair few returns and then he helped us browse the special online catalogue. Thanks so much Mike, great customer service :-)

  This has been one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had, and honestly, it feels like I’ve been completely scammed £89 pounds I paid for a  Polo hat navey-colour  for store collection and was told to wait a three days. When I contacted, the store after one week I been told item didn't arrived. I was advised to contact customer service , told me the opposite ,that it had already been collected and that CCTV showed me picking it up. That is completely false. When I went back to the store my self and to see my self on store camera challenged this, the story suddenly changed again. The manager  claimed the item had actually been given to a completely different person to woman. So which is it? I collected it (which I didn’t), or they handed my parcel to someone else? Now I’ve received an email saying the parcel was delivered to the back of the store and staff member has checked found EMPTY box. This just keeps getting worse. At this point, there are multiple conflicting explanations and no accountability. This whole situation feels extremely suspicious and unprofessional. How does a paid order end up like that i was waiting for my £89 hat . “collected” by the wrong person falsely marked as collected by me then somehow found empty in-store? It shows a serious failure in their system and staff handling. I’ve now been waiting over THREE WEEKS for my money back, which is completely unacceptable. I strongly warn others to be very careful with store collections here. Based on my experience, something is clearly not being handled properly, and customers are the ones suffering for it.

  Non existent customer service. 3 staff in store, 1-2 customers but the staff were a little too busy having their own chat.

  Quite a small store compared to other Polo RL outlets (Bicester, Ashford & Cheshire) which reflected the choice of sizes, options and variety an outlet has to offer.
