  The South Asian lady today in the beautiful floral dress - thank you!!! Honestly the nicest customer service I’ve received in a while. The lad working the shoes with curly hair was also super lovely! Thank you for the amazing service today!

  I had a very bad experience. The shoes have a size issue, and I want to return them, but nobody is responding to me. I’ve called and sent messages so many times, but no one ever replies. I’m very disappointed. What am I supposed to do with these shoes now?

  I visit this store regularly, but today's experience was extremely disappointing. I asked a sales assistant who was standing by the clothing section about the price of a pair of jeans. She told me they were £99 and that I would receive 30% off at the till because the item was not marked with a red sale sticker. When I got to the till, I was served by Melanie, who told me the jeans were actually £160 because they were an "Icon Piece." I decided to leave them and started to walk out of the store. As I was leaving, I spotted another pair of the exact same jeans with a £99 price tag, so I took them back to the till. Melanie then charged me £80, but she never applied the 30% discount that we had been told was available on all black-ticketed items. We were also informed about this promotion when we entered the store. I feel very disappointed by the inconsistent pricing and the poor customer service. Based on the advertised promotion, I believe I was overcharged by £10. As a regular customer, I expect pricing to be clear and promotions to be honoured. I would appreciate this matter being investigated and the difference refunded.
