  Grea provided an amazing costumer service. He was asking our allergies and recommended special dishes for us. We were so happy with him and the food was amazing too. 200% we will come back soon. ( Tadiwa)

  We enjoyed our first visit to Wingstop. Made special by the service we received from Sushant. His friendliness, recommendations and time he took with us while we ordered were 10/10. We enjoyed being served by him thoroughly and he really was precise going through our order and repeated it as he put it out on our table too. His colleague was lovely too because I was cold and he helped with this. We will come back to see them soon!

  Jade gave us amazing service, welcoming, friendly and speedy, checked in on us to check if our food was good and was overall very nice 😁😁

  The dude at the till has an attitude , he thinks is dealing with his mates or something , no customer service training . Very unprofessional. Chicken is small and mediocre taste Judging for the price , you would expect a much better flavour or experience . Restaurant is full of LED screens and colours . But is just a cover up for the average food . Now I understand why there are only teenagers eating there .

  I visited wingstop for the first time today in Norwich and on a rainy day in June. This was the hilight of my trip. Upon my arrival I was greeted by kind and friendly staff Gabby who asked me about allergies which I really appreciate due to my nut allergy. I was then directed to Jade, who was absolutely incredible, from her great knowledge of the menu to her reassurance that the kitchen staff was aware of my allergies. This made me feel reassured in my meal. My food was really yummy and I thought the portion of the lunch deal was perfect and reasonably priced. My food arrived quickly and Jade bought me all the essential tools for my meal and bought me extra ketchup upon my request. One thing I noticed from the restaurant atmosphere itself was it was kept incredibly clean. No mess on tables and staff frequently wiping down surfaces which created a lovely clean environment. Jade Was incredibly welcoming as a member of staff and seemed very cheerful which was lovely to see on a rainy day. I would reccomend visiting wingstop when you next go to Norwich for a great lunch deal. Jade 10/10 service! Thanks so much ❤️
