  Horrible experience. Went to this store to purchase gifts for mother and brother. We selected a purse went to pay, without a word the girl serving us took the purse then disappeared. 10 mins later we were told it was the last one so we left it at that. Proceeded to purchase a men's belt and requested it to be sent overseas. At this point I noticed the girl serving us seems to be new so the transaction took slightly longer but understandable. Once completed I requested an e-receipt and this was where the drama began. It appears the new girl didn't know the process so she told us she will send it through shortly. I returned to the store 15 mins as I have not received an e-receipt. Another girl working there which oversaw the whole transaction told me I had to wait for the new girl to come back in order to receive the email which I didn’t understand as there were 2 other staff just standing there idling and it was quite obvious workplace bullying was happening. Another 5 – 10 mins later the new girl came back and we finally received an e-receipt. Horrible experience, not a thank you or apologies was mentioned. The delivery of the belt was quick however the wrong size was posted. My brother cannot exchange in-store and was told he need to go through customer service to request an exchange. Absolutely will not be buying gifts from this particular store again.

  Been there today, asked them for a bag thats not on the display, they welcomed us and support selecting colors, customer service agent “Carol” was so helpful and sweet. Another customer service agent wrapped the bag in an amazing way, he was so sweet and smiley🤍 Such behavior makes brand loyalty!! 👏🏻👏🏻 Thank you for the experience, and happy holidays

  Very bad customer experience, we weren’t even greeted. Then we ask for a belt in a different size, she then slowly walked to the storage and came back after 20min, saying they don’t have it in the size anymore, then we saw a similar belt, she made her way slowly again. I mean why do you not use your common sense, service and sales attitude to propose a variety of AVAILABLE belts to us and directly bring back both of the them up. We ended up 30min waiting and her carelessness about customers really ruined or shopping experience. Never again.

  Absolute great experience!! It's one of the first things you see when you walk in so no navigation needed. The line moves at a good pace I think. And the exploring time is limitless. They also display items incase you want to buy, and if you look around it actually next to the actual LOEWE store. As it's located inside the selfridges department store you can browse for other luxury items.
