  I had an excellent experience at this branch. The staff made sure to help with best suitable options for my needs. They provided precise opinions and helped with finding the right size. They made sure I receive the items I needed ordered to the store on time. Both Francesca and Raluca have great taste of fashion and good understanding of body shape needs and size. They provided a great professional and friendly welcoming service! X

  Staff the Stratford Armani store are extremely rude a d unprofessional the way they speak with customer is disrespectful and unacceptable the attitude and behaviour left a very bad impression Definitely not the level of service you expect Avoid this place .

  I had a very disappointing experience at the Armani store today. After purchasing a white hoodie and leaving the shop with my receipt, an employee followed me outside and asked me to return the item for another check. Despite showing both my receipt and proof of payment from my bank, I was treated with suspicion and made to feel like I had done something wrong. The situation escalated to the point where security was involved, which was both embarrassing and unnecessary. Yes, they apologised after, but the damage was already done. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism. This experience was uncomfortable and unacceptable, and it has seriously affected my view of the brand. If this is their standard, they don’t deserve customers. Avoid at all costs.

  I went there like 2,3 times and i love the atmosphere and the staff there was 10 out of 10, one lady named by Mia i think was from Romania gave me the best service, my birthday was coming in 14 days and she called me and said u can come and collect your gift i was like lol I didn’t expect that i was very surprised. Very good store and staff!
