  Where do I even begin. Asma who was serving me on the till on Saturday was the most kindest and amazing staff I have ever met. She welcomed me with warm smiles, asking about my day, complimented my outfits. I had no idea what to get or what flavours to try so she gave me a quick breakdown of all the flavours I was interested in trying which was spicy Korean and Garlic Parmasan. Goodness she did not disappoint, she provided such exceptional customer service, warm cheery smiles and was so fun to converse with. She also gave me a brief overview of the sides and the drinks and what I can get. She was so lovely and amazing to talk to. Not once did she rush me she allowed me to express what I wanted, giving my loads of choices asking about my preferences, it made the whole service so enjoyable and comfortable. Please make sure she recieves this, such an amazing team member I look forward to seeing her again soon.

  I am really disappointed with my first, and most probably the last, ever experience here at Wingstop Westfield Stratford today (at 11:20 AM on a Saturday). ​I ordered three Korean BBQ tenders with plain fries, a Louisiana Rub burger, and a complimentary Oreo shake. Even though the store was not busy at this time, the food quality was a total letdown. ​The three Korean BBQ tenders were nice; however, the rest of the meal was poor. The Louisiana Rub burger was way too salty, to the point that it was almost inedible, even after removing the coleslaw. The pickles in it were also too salty. ​The fries were okay, but the sauce I was given without asking was Ranch, which added to the saltiness. I really wanted Honey Mustard, but I didn't bother changing it after trying the overly salty burger. ​The biggest letdown was the Oreo shake. It wasn't served with the main meal, and when I finally received it after a wait, it was unfortunately warm and not cold—making it almost undrinkable in this hot weather. ​Price-wise, it is too expensive; I paid £16.40 for just three items (the shake was complimentary, and normally it's priced at £5.25), and the portion sizes were way too small. The burger was tiny, and the shake was served in a small glass. If you spend this much money at other fast-food fried chicken brands like KFC or Popeyes, you get a decent meal and proper, delicious food. ​The service was alright, and the presentation of the food was good. The atmosphere of the restaurant is also very nice; however, still, this doesn't justify the high prices and low quality of the food. A chain as big as Wingstop can definitely do better than this...!!!

  I love this place and the food is amazing, but the service is really slow. I don’t mean the staff taking the orders — that queue moves quite quickly. The problem is the time it takes for the food to be delivered after ordering. There are many food outlets in the vicinity, and none of them take as long as this one. A 20–25 minute wait for a burger is diabolical. I’ve eaten here multiple times, and every visit has involved a long wait, which is a real put-off. Management really needs to look at their system and rethink it.

  I came here with my mother yesterday with low expectations but I was pleasantly surprised. The lady that served me at the till was so kind, although my mum was taking a while she helped explain each option to her without being frustrated I appreciated that a lot! I got Korean bbq boneless with ranch which was amazing. I also got mango and Orginal the mango was more spicy than expected lol. Sweet potato fries are very nice too would definitely go again :)

  Wish zero stars was an option because the service I received from the staff today was disgusting. Firstly, they don’t know how to talk to young kids let alone knowing the basics of customer service - the white guy on tills between 5-6 was beyond disrespectful - yawning and shouting at my 10 year old brother trying his best to place an order. Secondly, the two hijabi girls with 100 pounds of makeup were snickering which made my younger brother even more uncomfortable, saying stuff behind the tills. Honestly get your staff in check this is an absolute joke.
