  I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! The food was absolutely delicious and tasted fresh and full of flavour. A special mention to Swathi, who provided excellent customer service throughout our visit. She was always smiling, friendly, polite, and made us feel very welcome. Her positive attitude and attention to customers really stood out. The service was quick and professional, which made the whole experience even better. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food and excellent service. I’ll happily visit again!

  Disgusting customer service The man working was extremely rude today I asked him if i could get a takeaway bag and he said ok but next second i see him giving people their orders with my takeaway bag not being in sight I try to get his attention and ignores me 5 minutes later , my takeaway bag was bot in sight So i went to the front and asked another worker for a takeaway bag to which he gave it to me I go back to my table to put items of food in the takeaway bag Then i see the man who i i itially asked gor a takeaway bag and asked him why he never gave me one as its been 6 minutes He told me he actually told me to follow him to the front so he could give me one at first which i have no memory of. All i remember is him saying ok. Then he tells me follow me ill give you a takeaway bag to which i tell him no need i have one bow and he walks away angrily turns around briefly in anger I understand he probably thought whats the point in confronting him if i already have a takeaway bag but i just wanted to know why he never gave me one I dont understand his attitude

  my story starts at 6pm when me and my friend decided to go to westfield. we found most of the shops to closed, except the food places. us being biggies, we decided to pick wingstop. we ordered 10 pieces boneless, flavours hawaiian and lemon pepper, along with cajun fries. the food came and believe me when i say i ascended into heaven during this meal. the lemon pepper was perfectly seasoned and cooked to pure satisfaction. then, i tried the hawaiian and i felt my bones rattle in bliss. the sauce came in a great quantity and the flavour was exceptional. they were generous with the ranch, and i finished most of it purely because of how amazing it was. i literally licked to pot clean because i enjoyed it so much.

  I only get the boneless chicken bites and they are elite (not to say the other items aren’t good, I just prefer boneless chicken in general - no matter where I go). They are super addictive (I hope they don’t use MSG). I’ve introduced many people to their boneless chicken bites and every single person has been hooked. The Brazilian Citrus Pepper, Lemon Pepper, Louisiana Rub, & Mango Habanero are my go to flavours. The dips are also really good, the original ranch & the honey mustard are my favourites. That’s just my opinion, try them out for yourselves. I doubt you’ll find a better quality boneless chicken bite or nugget anywhere else. This location is inside Westfields shopping centre (old five guys location).

  Service was absolutely horrible. The guy at the cashier couldn’t get the scanner to work for my code, to which he kept blaming my phone for not being on full brightness (mind you, my phone was already at maximum brightness) turns out he didn’t even activate the scanner in the first place. Then I waited 40 mins for my food (the restaurant wasn’t even half full). Had to ask someone regarding my order, to which another guy came and didn’t even apologise for the missing order, just said “I don’t know what happened with your order.” What was I suppose to answer to that? No one at all apologised for this issue, did not have any compensation whatsoever for their mistake, it was such a horrible experience and I’m never coming here again.
