  I had an absolutely horrifying experience ordering from Wingstop in Brent Cross via Deliveroo. The food arrived cold, and to make matters much worse, there were multiple hairs in the chicken wings. The food was undercooked, unsanitary, and completely misrepresented. I tried reaching out to Deliveroo and Wingstop, but neither responded or took responsibility. This was a disgusting and unsafe experience. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this branch—your health and safety will be at risk.

  They finally got my order right this time, which I appreciate. In the past, there have often been issues with missing or incorrectly prepared items, so it’s good to see improvement. One small suggestion: please include enough napkins with larger orders. I ordered food for 3-4 people, and we were given only 1 piece napkin and 1 spoon.
