  Worst food poisoning i’ve ever had. Had extreme fatigue, passed out from dehydration. I’ve never felt closer to death than i have, after eating your wingstop, Granted this happened to me 2 years ago and it’s even crazier that people are still getting sick to this day. Sort something out before somebody else experiences even more dire conditions, and you might be in a lot of trouble.

  Absolutely ridiculous this branch in bent cross has to be one of the worse , the boneless and wings tasted expired for some reason also had this sour taste . This Wingstop branch needs to improve a lot and fix this

  As a long-time customer of Wingstop, I am truly disappointed with my recent experience. My husband and I ordered 24 wings via Deliveroo, and what arrived was frankly unacceptable. Not only did the food arrive freezing cold—despite us being just around the corner—but inside the wings, we found hair. It was so unhygienic and just utterly unclean. We’ve been loyal customers for a while, but this was a complete letdown. Even though the delivery was quick, we expected hot food. Instead, it was like it had been sitting for ages. We tried reaching out to Deliveroo and the manager, but no one answered our calls. After paying almost £30 for this meal, we expected basic quality and care. Sadly, this time, we were completely let down, and we are gutted. We will be making a personal visit to discuss this with the manager, but we hope this feedback pushes for better hygiene and service standards in the future.

  I had an absolutely horrifying experience ordering from Wingstop in Brent Cross via Deliveroo. The food arrived cold, and to make matters much worse, there were multiple hairs in the chicken wings. The food was undercooked, unsanitary, and completely misrepresented. I tried reaching out to Deliveroo and Wingstop, but neither responded or took responsibility. This was a disgusting and unsafe experience. I strongly urge everyone to avoid this branch—your health and safety will be at risk.
