Been for my first time in a Tiffany & Co. store with my parents looking to buy a gift. We asked if there’s anything on Sale we can look at, and a guy working in told us that if we want sales we can go to Primark, while laughing arrogantly. I honestly don’t know his name since there was no badge displayed on his outfit, but for sure this happened between 6.30pm - 7.00pm, 19th of June 2026, Westfield shopping center. I cannot understand where this arrogant attitude is coming from since everyone should be welcomed warmly to have their first experience with a brand and be treated the same.
This review been left for the company only because at first it should be the company’s policy not to encourage this behaviour if they are looking to sell regardless what people are asking.
Worth mentioning that the reason we did not even get the interest to look further is not related to affordability.
This was the worst service I have ever experienced.
Yesterday afternoon, I walked into this store with my boyfriend’s parents. They had heard that I had lost one of my Tiffany earrings before, and they were actually very happy and willing to buy me another pair. Since English is not their first language, after asking about the price, they naturally asked whether there was any discount.
The male sales assistant on duty responded in an extremely condescending way: “Tiffany doesn’t do discounts. If you want discounts, go to Primark.”
I was honestly shocked. I cannot imagine how miserable someone’s life must be to speak to customers like that. If he really thinks he has the right to look down on people by hiding behind the Tiffany brand image, then I also sincerely have to say: from his appearance to his attitude, the whole self-important, greasy and ugly energy he gave off was cheaper than any “discount” could ever be. Maybe the reason they asked about a discount was because they saw his face lol
We originally entered the store in a good mood and with a clear intention to purchase. Yet one sentence from this sales assistant made the entire experience awkward and unpleasant. I would not recommend anyone to visit this store — or honestly even this brand
Just purchased a wonderful gift for Wife and Mother in Westfield store. Marek was extremely helpful and professional - thank you!

The men staff in the Westfield store are supremely unhelpful… please look for the lady store manager as she is the best and most reliable.
The men don’t even try .
Bought some wedding day gifts for my bride and was served by James who was very helpful and polite
