Great experience here. Store looks sharp and the collection is on point. Staff were attentive and helpful without being pushy whatsoever. Proper luxury feel. Will be back for the next collection

I visited the store to buy some shoes and whilst I was there I asked the store assistant about the 70s jeans. He told me that they didn’t have them and asked if I could show him which jeans I was talking about. I showed him the jeans on the Saint Laurent website when he told me that they are the, “Really olddd collection you won’t get these you should forget about them.” I was honestly confused because they’re on the website NOW. I went to Selfridges Saint Laurent straight after and bought the 70s jeans. Please do not mislead your customers, don’t make us feel silly and embarrassed. I decided not to buy the shoes also. Dishonest staff.

Outrageously bad delivery service! I ordered some make up and beauty products. The package arrived damaged (completely wet inside out). YSL customer service claimed that this is normal and refused to provide any refund. I am lucky I didn’t order anything like a bag or something from them, apparently this is YSL delivery standards.
