  Walked out with three new shirts thanks to Luke who graciously spent a lot of time finding shirts that would fit me well for the summer in Montenegro. My wife had a coffee while she waited and said the coffee was exceptional, which was a surprise. Always a good collection in these stores, I costed the Chicago one a few years back and I would say this one has a better feel and energy to it.

  Very disappointed with the customer service experience. I placed an order on the Polo Ralph Lauren website this morning for a Father’s Day gift. The order went through, but later I received a cancellation email saying the item was unavailable due to no stock in my size. I understand that stock issues can happen, but what really disappointed me was the response from customer service. I contacted them for help and received only a very brief reply with no real solution, no apology, and no attempt to assist with alternatives. For a premium brand like Ralph Lauren, I expected a much better level of service and care, especially when this was a special gift purchase. The way this was handled made me feel like my order and my situation were not valued. I hope Ralph Lauren can review this experience and improve how customer issues are handled.

  beautiful store and lovely staff, a blonde, regal looking gentleman helped me with a purchase and i also grabbed a ralph's coffee which was good too, shout out london...that CAD to Pound conversion is crazy though!
