  I visited the store a few times and they usually tend to have a good selection of clothes for my daughter, recently I was served by Najia (name on receipt), they had my sizes but I felt like there was quite a strong language barrier. I think it’s important to have staff which can understand and speak good English.

  I visited the store a few weeks ago and was talking to one of the sales associates. Our conversation was rudely interrupted by the manager of the store, where she spoke over me, completely ignoring me, to speak to the staff member who was serving me. Very rude and unprofessional, last thing I expected from Ralph Lauren, discouraged me from buying.
