  Went in to buy a cap, which turned out to be mispriced when I got to the till. While I was surprised to be charged more than expected, I know these things happen. However, comments by a member of staff who was just standing around saying “why are you complaining, you should just be happy” were unprofessional. Perhaps if they spent their time making sure the products were priced correctly and actually earning a salary I might have been a happier customer. I won’t be shopping at this particular store again.

  Staff very rude and unhelful A college entered looking for a specific item was told "it's out of stock " and the assistant continued talking to their team mate ignoring him My colleague was wearing his chefs whites so it's clear they felt he wasn't worthy of their service based on how he was dressed
