  I visited **Polo Ralph Lauren – Liverpool Street**, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The Asian staff members were polite, friendly, and professional. However, the store manager's behaviour towards me was completely unacceptable. She spoke to me in a loud, harsh, and confrontational tone in front of other customers, as if she had a personal issue with me. It was embarrassing and made me feel humiliated for no reason. I also noticed that she appeared much warmer and friendlier with white customers, smiling and speaking to them politely, while my experience was completely different. As a customer with brown skin and from the Middle East, this left me feeling that I was not treated with the same level of respect. Whether intentional or not, that was the impression her behaviour gave me. I had planned to make a purchase, but I decided to leave because of the poor customer service. Every customer deserves to be treated with the same respect and courtesy, regardless of their skin colour, ethnicity, or nationality. I hope Ralph Lauren takes this feedback seriously and ensures that all customers receive equal and professional treatment.

  Poor experience and attitude from a lady called Amanda. Zero service focus when I was in with clients, I have been a RL wearer for over 40 years and shopped globally and her flippant and care free manner and chewing gum like a sports coach was irritating and not luxury at all.
