They asked one of the employees for help and he was super rude and dismissive. He didn’t raise his eyes from his phone and gave no proper responses for their questions regarding a bag they wanted to buy. However, he was acting quite the opposite with other customers who looked different to my mum and sister. He was very polite with them and laughing whilst having conversations. He clearly judged my family based off their looks and should not be working for customer service. Disgusting behaviour.
