The store was great but the staff was not a great exspience for me they didn't want to exchange footwear as I purchased on line but online it said to go to store with recept. Staff didn't want to exchange but I insisted and finally I choose different product.

Nice store inside Westfield with a clean, well-organized layout and a calm shopping atmosphere. The collection is easy to browse, especially the bags and accessories, which are displayed really nicely. Staff were polite and ready to help without being pushy, which made the experience comfortable. Even if you’re just looking around, it feels like a pleasant place to stop during shopping at the mall

Came with an intention to purchase many things after a long time but walked out due to manager’s (man) stupid behaviour. Worst services ever received in michael kors They should get rid off this silly guy. He was wearing white/blue striped jumper
