  My family has shopped at Max Mara in Turin for years. I’ve visited the London store twice looking for presents, but both times ended up shopping elsewhere—once at Hermès and once at Burberry. While the clothing quality is generally very good, I’ve found the London staff noticeably less helpful and welcoming than at any other Max Mara store I’ve visited.

  Best cashmere coats trousers jackets and cashmere and wool polonecks service is outstanding whats fabulous about Max Mara is its old school classic and chic u will never go wrong shopping in their flagshop in Bond St ignore negative comments luckily there arent many !

  I bought a coat from here two years ago, wore it a little last winter and this one and the entire lining has fallen apart, and it has begun to rip inexplicably at the seams despite normal use. Quality is appallingly bad for the price point, and no doubt this is due to their disgraceful worker rights abuses in Italy; Maxmara seems to unfortunately have followed alongside the other 'luxury' Italian brands to mass produce their products in poor condition to sell at a much higher price. Would defo not recommend the brand anymore. Such a shame as vintage pieces from the same brand last for ages and are much better quality.
