  The people in the shop and Sophie who did my piercing were very professional and helpful. Unfortunately, despite following instructions to sleep on a travel pillow, my £210 stud earring fell out overnight less than a week after the piercing and, due to the mechanism of the backing, is impossible to get back in. Would recommend going for the hoop earrings.

  Grace was so lovely and helpful, I took ages deciding on my earring and she was incredibly patient, kind, and never made me feel rushed. She made the whole experience really enjoyable and I’m so happy with my new piercing!

  Considered getting my piercings done here despite the several reviews of bad attitude from staff. They were right. I enquired about the price of jewellery and procedure altogether and was told ‘I’m a piercer, not a mathematician’. Safe to say I will not be coming back.
