  I have been dealing with Gonçalo for a number of years now, and the level of service from him and the wider team at IWC Battersea is genuinely second to none. There is never any pressure to buy, just a consistent focus on building a proper relationship and making every visit an enjoyable experience. Whether it’s taking the time to talk through pieces in detail or simply catching up, the approach is always relaxed, knowledgeable and professional. Most recently I visited with my mum to purchase her first IWC, and the experience could not have been better. She was made to feel completely at ease, never rushed, and left genuinely excited about her watch. A huge thank you to Gonçalo and the team — it’s rare to find this level of service and consistency, and it’s exactly why I continue to come back.

  Exceptional service from my very first telephone enquiry, dealt with by Petru who could not have been more helpful, and continued by Gonsalo, who assisted us when we came to buy a watch, while having a new strap fitted to another. The customer service has been superb and has consolidated our brand loyalty to IWC. The staff in this boutique are excellent ambassadors for the company and provide a very professional, friendly and efficient experience for the customer. Many thanks!
