  We had an amazing time at the boutique in Chelsea! The staff were genuinely so warm, friendly and welcoming! I will never forget the hospitality. We were kindly offered water and a treat whilst looking around. It's also super dog friendly and our dogs felt very welcomed and comfortable. Thank you so much to Laila (and the Greek guy, so sorry I can't recall the name). You made our day so special :)

  I had an excellent experience with the Giorgio Armani boutique on Sloane Street. My bag required a particularly difficult repair and, although the process took some time, the team remained extremely helpful and eventually managed to restore it beautifully. I am especially grateful to Lorna, the Store Manager, and Manija, Client Advisor, for their kindness, professionalism and care throughout. I am very happy to have my bag back and to be able to enjoy this beautiful design again. Thank you very much for the exceptional after-sales service.
