  My husband and I often go to Hermès, Chanel, Gucci and Celine but the best service I’ve received at Selfridges is at Fendi. Today, I engaged with 4 team sales associates as my adult daughter tried on shoes, including the new manager. Everyone was delightful, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. The service was excellent. Incredibly impressive, bravo!

  I was after a vest I quite liked on someone before, so I went in to check if they had it. Just to figure out it was made of 100% polyester... Hell to the no, I'm not paying close to 2K for cheap polyester. Disappointing really.

  The material is so cheap, we bought a black jacket and it got damaged in 2 days . We wanted to return it and they didnt want to exchange nor refund. The manager didnt even want to listen. I do not recommend it at all.
