I had the worst customer experience at the Fendi store in Selfridges after visiting various luxury stores that day. The brand representative approached me with an extraordinarily serious and aloof expression, treating me as if I were a thief or a "disease", perhaps because I touched their bags “without permission”, or maybe due to my ethnicity. It's also possible it was because of my casual appearance. Despite my confusion, I spoke kindly to her, but unfortunately, I was not treated with the same kindness in return. So, feeling sad and angry, I left immediately. I prefer to shop with brands that treat customers kindly and respectfully.
