  Never buy shoes from Fendi. The quality is poor, it's not a specialised company to make a proper shoes, so hard of the leather they used. I can't wear them, my feet were damaged, they are deformation and blistered as soon as I wear them. Their customer service is poor as well. They don't provide exchange or refund service you once you worn the shoes. £830 is wasted. DON'T BUY!!!

  I had the pleasure of being helped and looked after by Shao while visiting the Fendi Bond Street store last week to look for a gift for my wife. It is a lovely store and everyone was very friendly. The gift was quite a personal choice so I came back with my wife and our children a few days later so she could look at a range of handbags. Shao was very welcoming and spent more than 2 hours with us. Thank you, Shao, for your warmth and patience. It has been a pleasure meeting you and we hope to see you again before long.

  A fantastic experience at Fendi. The store is beautifully designed, with a luxurious and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service without being pushy. The collection is stunning, with a great range of high-quality pieces. Overall, a top-tier shopping experience, I’ll definitely be returning.
