WARNING: DO NOT BUY ONLINE — ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY FOR USED GOODS
I spent nearly £900 on a pair of brand-new Dior shoes (Size 45) as an important surprise gift for my brother. Instead of receiving the factory-new luxury product I paid for, I was delivered a heavily worn, second-hand pair of shoes in the completely wrong size (Size 43).
Whether this was down to transit tampering by the courier or a massive error in the Dior warehouse, the way Dior Customer Service handled the situation is disgraceful.
After contacting them, they instructed me to send the items back. However, their final response was shocking: they claimed their warehouse CCTV showed they packed the right product, completely shutting down my case and refusing to help.
Warehouse CCTV only shows what happens at a packing desk; it does not prove the chain of custody or what happens to a parcel during transit.
By hiding behind their cameras, Dior is essentially accusing paying customers of fraud while pocketing their money and ignoring UK consumer delivery laws.
Save your hard-earned money and buy your luxury goods elsewhere. If anything goes wrong with an online order, Dior will blame you and leave you completely out of pocket.
Since they refuse to refund me, I am left with a useless pair of dirty, used shoes that I will be putting up for public auction under the title "Dior Customer Service Shoes" to show the world exactly what a £900 luxury experience looks like here.

I had a wonderful experience with Wasim at Dior. He was incredibly professional and attentive throughout my visit. His recommendations were spot on, and he made the entire experience enjoyable and effortless. Thank you, Wasim, for the exceptional service—I’ll definitely be back!
Horrible staff, security guards follows you around the whole shop and then looks you up and down
Never going there again

If I could give 0 starts I would. AVOID BOND STREET AT ALL COST! In particular Nicco and his manager Ellonor! My partner had arranged a suprise for me at Dior to purchase my dream bag along with afternoon tea. He paid in advance to avoid all the semantics in store and we could just browse and enjoy. My partner informed Nicco we would be travelling the next day and this suprise was apart of the festivities. Communication was great Untill the full payment was recorded. Nicco then started ignoring messages regarding times to attend the appointment the following day. Due to this we traveled and returned to which my partner just wanted us to go and collect the bag as he has already ruined the suprise. Nicco continued to give very vague responses and would tell us he would let us know the following day, which he wouldn’t. After a week of calling everyday to be faced with excuses, we decided to drive to the location to which we where told he had a VIP client and he drops anything for them and we should wait on his call as if we where peasants. We then called in store to speak to management, Ellonor, to which she told us the bag had been sold, and no other dior had my product in stock. I then contacted Dior customer service and they let us know that none street in particular had 3 available so why lie! We went instore the next day and purchased the bag they claimed had sold out! Mind you we still had not recieved a refund of £4200 yet! Following this we called the manager and told her to which she apologised and offered a twilly as compensation. 3 weeks later we still have not recieved the refund or twilly despite calling everyday and Nicco & Ellonor have blocked my partners number. Disquieting customer service and lying on top unnecessary. We want our money back and better compensation immediately!
