  I was served by such a lovely lady today, her name was Tee, She was so patient and new exactly what I needed, her expertise in all the products and customer service was spot on, I will definitely be visiting this store again, Tee is a credit to the store, thank you so much Tee for a great experiance.

  I had a foundation match appointment today Thursday 4th June at 1pm. I think the make up artists name was Porsche or Marta? Apologies if I got that wrong I couldn't hear properly. I had a 10/10 experience. I've never been in to make up and never experimented as a teenager so I came in with zero knowledge about what I needed and was quite nervous. I just knew I needed some foundation for an upcoming wedding that I was going to. The make up artist was warm and sensitive to my needs. She recommended other products after finding my perfect foundation match without any hard selling. I asked her about concelaer, contour, blush, eye shadow and she was very helpful in finding the best products for my skin and showed me how to apply them when I said I didn't know how to do it. Thanks for making my make up journey less scary! I'll be back for more bits when I've run out.

  I had a great 'Iconic make-up' session experience with Marta in Stratford John Lewis department this Saturday. Marta listened to me and took time to put me at ease and explain the whole process. I'm not very confident with make-up but felt comfortable asking questions, and left looking confident for a pre-wedding party, with a few essential items packed up too. Thank you Marta!

  Booked in to the Charlotte Tilbury at John Lewis Westfield Stratford to have my make up done for a special occasion. Tripta was amazing and I was so thrilled with the results! I will be back. Am also loving my magic cream and serum, foundation (which is a perfect match) and the SPF primer. A big thank you!!!!
