  I had two makeup sessions with Alex and they were both incredibly helpful. She was kind and patient and explained all the products so clearly. I ended up purchasing everything she used- not because she was pushy but because she was so detailed and specific with what each product did. I ended up doing my own wedding make up as a result and was so happy with the outcome. would really recommend requesting Alex if you’re planning to do the same!

  I recently visited the Oxford Street store and had such a wonderful experience with Marilena. She helped me find the perfect foundation shade match, the best colour match I’ve ever had, and took the time to share some really helpful application tips as well!! Her knowledge, professionalism, and genuinely positive energy made the whole experience enjoyable and helped me fall even more in love with the brand and its products!   Absolutely delighted with the service and the perfect finish to my makeup. I was extremely nervous as I don’t like having my makeup done but on this occasion I was made to feel so relaxed I throughly enjoyed every minute. I was given some brilliant tips and was extremely happy with the products I purchased.

  I’d booked a Quick & Easy Everyday consultation. I felt like the lady doing the consultation wasn’t really listening to what I was looking for. I felt she had ‘a look’ which she was going to put on my face whereas I wanted specific advice for 50+ skin, wanting to look natural without too much effort. I felt like I didn’t look like me when she’d finished, which is a shame as some of the products are lovely. I also didn’t receive a form with all the products used detailed on it, which I noticed other people did
