  I didn’t know the brand and wasn’t planning on buying anything. But the assistant Kate was so nice, kind and made me genuinely happy that I bought two products. I bet they’re good products, but the terminal is packed with great brands of the same price tier. The reason why I ended up buying CT is because of the shopping assistant Kate ❤️

  T5 - Monday afternoon. Desperately wanted to try some new CT products and get some help with colour matching. The staff member at the counter was too busy nattering with a neighbouring salesman and then prepping her own make up in the mirror. Would have happily bought 6+ products but was totally ignored despite browsing the counter for 10+ minutes. So frustrating that a successful brand is let down by such unprofessional staff. Armani and MAC won out instead.

  Terminal 3 charlotte tilbury was the best shopping experience of my life. Lauren was so helpful and knowledgeable. She’s flawless in her makeup knowledge and application.

  Terminal 5 - 24th May (around 7.45am) Waited for a little while to be served as I wanted someone to advise on concealer. The girls there looked like they were faffing around, looked at me but didnt acknowldge me but served others. I went away to get some perfume and came back but the girl serving didnt even acknowledge me, I didnt have time to wait any longer as my flight was boarding so i walked away and paid for my perfume at the self check out. Its a shame, you lost out on the sale and added commission from my perfume. Need training on customer service.

  Greg at Terminal 3 Charlotte Tilbury helped me out. He was super nice and i bought every single item he recommended for me. He was able to pick the right shades for me instantly. He didn't rush me and was very sweet and patient with me. If you are dropping by the kiosk at Terminal 3, I highly recommend you see if he is on duty.
