  I came in so lost as I was getting a gift for my misses and didn’t have one clue about make up or any products, I just knew she loved Charlotte Tilbury. Luckily Maryam helped me step by step and helped me underhand what each item was used for and what would be great as a gift. Quick service, great products. Thank you for all your help!

  I have been a loyal customer in Dubai, buying literally ALL my makeup from them. I was on vacation and forgot to pack my brow pencil & gel, & setting spray, so decided to stop by to get some. I walked in and the lady eyed me and rolled her eyes as I was standing waiting for her assistance. When someone walked in after me (a person who liked like her) she approached to chat! I walked out and went over next door where they were happy to help and ended up buying new things that were new. The other associates also were very professional & tried all the products on me with proper explanation. I took a good 40 minutes around both places & when I was walking out I was the same associate standing and chatting with the same person!

  I had my makeup done for a wedding at Charlotte Tilbury and it was exactly what I wanted. The artist really listened to my preferences and created a look that felt true to me. It was also a great experience to learn some new techniques along the way. Overall, a lovely experience and I would absolutely recommend it for a special occasion.

  Got a 30minutes pillow talk glam with the lovely Claire at Harrods and it was incredible. She is very very professional, she has excellent techniques and is passionate about what she is doing. She walked me through all the steps, explained the benefits of each product and honestly i loved the final result.
