  I had my makeup done by Sofia and she was incredible! I absolutely loved my makeup application and she was so lovely to speak to and so beautiful and kind. I had the best experience definitely recommend

  Had a wonderful experience at your store on Carnaby street this morning with one of your members of staff- Theo. He shade matched me for a new foundation, but I ended up buying every single product he used on me. The make up he did was absolutely stunning, and he was so friendly and professional. I am a fully converted Charlotte Tilbury fanatic ⭐️ Theo is a credit to you ☺️ Thank you Theo 🥰

  Jay was so helpful and lovely when I came in with my mum to purchase my bridal make up. He was so amazing and showed me how to look my best on the big day, and threw in a few freebies, thank you!

  Had a wonderful wedding make-up trial with Sofia at the Carnaby Street store. She followed the brief perfectly and made me feel amazing for my hen, all the while giving me tips and tricks for the wedding day.
